Glad you like.
The Van has returned? Hmm...
The first 30 seconds had me on the edge of my chair with excitement, wondering why you'd been holding out on me with this, and when can I remix it. Then, in true HG style, the piece mellowed out and I moved from the front of my chair to the back of it, where I slumped down and just nodded along. You got me.
As soon as my precious equipment is returned to me, my first priority is to get you what you need to mix it up. Soon-ish.
(oops. thought i'd left my 2 cents here already) I'm all about depth and texture, but you know me - I have to incorporate it into a percussive something. I did, however, really enjoy 2:55 onwards. Particularly 3:13 to 3:35. The final swell with the ebb and flow, and the static, was a nice flourish.
I thank you. This is something I felt would suffer by complicating it with multiple elements. It needed to be lonely, painfully slow and mostly subtle.
Hmm...This sounds like an intro to something. I'm not sure what I was waiting for, but it didn't happen. I think, after the 4th listen, i was expecting to get my ass kicked. The drums are upfront and in your face, and the buzzing bass sets you up for the hit, but there isn't one. Curiouser and Curiouser.
holy long intro...1:56? I like the track, but needs a 'radio edit' :p .
Lord of Fusion? HA!
haha yeah. Much like insomnia, it takes a while to get to the fun part. So I made the track do that as well. A radio edit might be a good idea.
Thanks.
this is some dark ambient stuff right here, but strangely repetitive for such a piece. It was kind of odd, but still somewhat enjoyable. thanks for sharing.
i can only make stuff by the mood & energy i have at the time im not always in the mood to make or listen too perfectly sequenced & composed software chords & notes which tends to sound boring most the time their are other unique sounds that can be made by sampling & manipulating audio in other ways that have more appeal to me at the time .in other words were not always gonna go for a number 1 chart topper sometimes its about experimenting & finding a reason for existence.. ..im glad you took the time to listen & review
